Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies. Neither analysis of your browsing behaviour nor tracking takes place.
Only your decision regarding the loading of external components (see "Online appointment booking") is stored in your browser's local storage, so that you are not asked again on every visit. This information remains solely on your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties. You can delete it at any time by clearing the website data in your browser settings.
Contact form
If you contact us by email or via a contact form, the data you provide, including your contact details, will be stored in order to process your enquiry. This data will not be shared without your consent.
The processing of data entered into the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke your consent at any time.

Hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service provided by GitHub Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access our pages, technically necessary access data (see "Access data") is transmitted to GitHub's servers and processed there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely and reliably. For transfers to the USA, GitHub relies on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Fonts
This website uses locally hosted fonts only. All fonts are loaded directly from our server. No connection to third-party servers, in particular to Google Fonts, is established. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
Online appointment booking (Dr. Flex)
For online appointment booking we embed the calendar of our service provider Dr. Flex GmbH, Alexanderstraße 7, 10178 Berlin. This service is loaded only after your explicit consent. As long as you have not consented, no connection to Dr. Flex servers is established and no data is transmitted.
If you give your consent, the calendar is loaded and your IP address is transmitted to Dr. Flex. Any details you enter in the calendar (e.g. name, contact details, preferred appointment) are processed in order to arrange your appointment. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Your decision is stored locally in your browser only (local storage); no cookie is set and no information is transmitted to us or to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing your browser's local storage for this website. Without consent you can of course still reach us by phone on 07703 284, by e-mail or via our contact form.
